King Darien Woesteel ruled the city-kingdom of Alarean before it sunk beneath the waves. He somehow survived and learned the Dark Powers, forsaking his paladinhood, to become a Death Knight.
He now broods from his castle in a canyon among the peaks of Mount Draneth.
